Unsafe Brake Pads and Unacceptable Refund Policy at Gemini Spares

As a mechanic, I recently purchased brake pads for my Toyota Prado from Gemini Spares, and unfortunately, they have not met my expectations. Within less than two weeks of use, the car started making a squeaky sound coming from the brake pads, which is highly disappointing and concerning for such a critical safety component.

To make matters worse, when I approached the owner of Gemini Spares about a refund, I was informed that no refund would be provided since the pads had already been fitted. This response is baffling—how else would one test the quality of brake pads without fitting them on a vehicle?

I expected much better quality and durability from a product that is essential for safe driving. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of parts from Gemini Spares. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to the quality of their products.
