Mechanical Warranty which covers nothing

I bought a vehicle by we buy cars and was financed by ABSA, i took out a mechanical warranty from Innovation Group (Guardrisk) because it was a second hand vehicle. After some days i pick up a sound at my front wheel, i took the vehicle to a mechanic that told me the side shaft bearing must be replaced. They told me on my plan the bearings is covered so they did replaced it, but my surprise i received an email that the claim was rejected. Why must i pay for a warranty plan if they cannot even pay for a part that is covered? I am not happy at all.
