Treats consumers badly

Hi there iam an indian female, that had sadly lost her job, etc and ran into areas in my Egale moss accounts and i did promise to pay my accounts as soon as i could. And i kept my word that except for being a day or so late my account has been paid up to date, i now owe around R100 or so. I had an agent previously that was compassionate and accomodating, but as of recently this new agent Thokosani has been abrupt and not forth coming with infomation. This company doesnt even send me a print-out of how much i've paid or how much iam owing???!!! Now they want to take me to the Magistrates court, even though my payments are up to date. This is unconsitutional. To make matters worst this woman Thokozani, has promised to show me what she can do in a threating manner! Is this how we innocents are to be treated? People like her dont deserve a job.
