I recently defaulted on payments on my account for 2 months and recently brought my account up to date. But unfortunately i cannot use the account anymore because i am a HIGH RISK. Contacted the call centre 0861 147 147 Spoke to Claude and aparently i need to to bring all my accounts up to date. I mean really now, what does my other accounts has to do with VMSA account being re-activated? Yes some of my accounts are behind in payments but will be brought up to date soon but to me that is just a lame excuse?
