"I only treat you badly"

Since our move to the house we are in the process of buying, the treatment we get from this estate agent has been atrocious. We inform her of repairs that are required (Like leaking taps, no hot water in the shower, etc.) to be undertaken at the house and these take more than a month to be sorted out. My wife asked her whether she treats all her clients like this or just us, and in an SMS she responded that it is only us she treats badly. Last week I informed her of the water meter turning whilst all the taps are closed in the house. This suggests that there are leaks within the system or at the adjoining unit which she is also the agent for. To date there is no response from her or from the owner. We have numerous complaints about this agent and when we approached her branch manager (Mr Bradley Bougardt), he responded in a manner that protected his agent, Julie. Julie has to us on numerous occasions and has acted in the most unprofessional manner at times. I could easily detail these incidents as I have them documented. I would like someone from the Rawson Head Office to contact me so that our ill-treatment as clients from their agent may be addressed.
