I booked a car rental for Mon 27 Jan to be delivered to my house at 17:00. I received a call (16:48) requesting my credit card details and the car arrived at 17:45. I later extended the rental by calling the call centre, who told me that I needed to give my credit card details again to extend. I did this and extended until Fri (31st Jan) with pickup at 17:00.

On Fri, at 17:00 I waited for the car to be picked up. When they didn't show up, I assumed that they were late as they were on the 27th. Just before 18:00, I decided to call. I then noticed a missed call from the branch and a message asking if I was extending the car. I couldn't understand this. If I was extending the car, it was my duty to call and provide my credit card details to enable it. I called the number back, and no answer. Then I called the call centre, who assured me the car would be picked up on Sat with no additional charge.

No one came on Sat, Sun and Mon. I called the call centre again on Mon, to query and they promised to pickup the car by 17:00. The car was picked up at 17:49. I then received my bill for 27 Jan-3 Feb, which is incorrect! I tried to rectify it to no avail. Still waiting!
