TC PANELBEATERS
No response on 4 missing cd's

Car was in accident on 6-12-2013, got my car back only on 30-01-2014 with numerous problems. I took a video of all the unfixed items, they sent FIRST ROAD EMERGENCY SERVICE to come and collect my car from me in PTA because it was undriveable, after a big fight with the panel beater and a lot of excusses most of the problems were repaired and again i waited about two weeks for my car... also where there 4 cd's missing out of my car... they promised that they will reimburse me for the missing cd's in the next few days. Till today i have not heard a word from them again... Shamelessly the panel beater [ T C PANEL BEATER IN WYNBERG JOBURG ] and MY INSURANCE CO [ AUTO & GENERAL ] ARE TURNING A BLIND EYE AND A DEAF EAR ON ME... nice hey...{ Mr Ian Finlay and Lucinda we had an agreement...!!! }
No response from AUTO & GENERAL as well.
