Unacceptable service

Pickfords was paid a hefty amount of money to move my belongings from Cape Town to Johannesburg. I packed and secured everything myself... all they had to do was pick up and deliver. Everything was collected from CT but not everything arrived in JNB. Not.only did they deliver someone else's mattress to me... they also.misplaced a box containing the most valuable.and valued of my belongings. This is completely unacceptable. Not only is most of the contents of that box irreplacable, i also cant move into my flat because i have no bed... is pickfords going to reimburse the rent i am paying while i cant live there because they didnt deliver my mattress? How you deliver the correct base but wrong mattress is beyond me. How you misplace a big numbered box is beyond me. For a company whose core business is to move things... this should no be happening! Whether you find my things or not (and I sincerely hope you do) one thing I can guarentee is that I will never make use of your services again... and neither will any of my friends or family.
