During my relocation in December 2012 I employed Pickfords to move my furniture from Cape Town to Durban.
While moving the furniture to the Pickfords truck one staff member tried to push out the couch and in the process damaged the ceiling in my lounge. I reported this incident to Pickfords and after admitting wrongdoing by it's staff member they denied responsibility citing reasons of policy not allowing them. They refused to pay for their wrongdoing and damages caused to my house.

Half of my furniture was also damaged, meaning this company is reckless in handling people's property...

Patrick Liddle was responsible.
