I am moving from Nelspruit to Pretoria. I have been in contact with Pickfords for over a week, and from the onset, I made it clear that I would be moving on the 30th of August (tomorrow). They knew this information before I even told them my name.

Pickfords has been quite cooperative with making constant changes to the quotation and sending emails back and forth. And all throughout our conversations, the date never changed from the initial date of Friday the 30th.

Ria was well aware of this, seemingly, minor detail.

Today, Thursday the 29th of August, Ria sent me an email saying that they will only be able to help me move next week Tuesday, the 3rd of September. Needless to say, this isn't what had been implied all along. From the very beginning, I got the impression that the removal company would be able to assist me on the agreed date. Clearly I was expecting too much. And by too much, I mean, EXACTLY WHAT WE HAD AGREED ON ALL ALONG!

It might seem like a logical option to just get another company to move or reschedule... Except: they've already been paid. I have to move out by midday tomorrow. I've already packed EVERYTHING!

What am I supposed to do??
