Lack of service

After this company got their payment for a removal of my consignment from East London to Pretoria, they collected my furniture and i never heard from them again. I have been waiting to hear from them when they plan to deliver my consignment. Repeated calls and emails are not replied too, when i do eventually find Melissa Muller she just passed the buck to someone else, and said it was not her job to deliver the consignment.

The staff at Pickfords are just inconsiderate and have concept of customer service.
