Less than half the quoted items loaded

A detailed list of items were submitted for removal from Bloemfontein to Mossel Bay and a responding quotation was received (Nr 55018 of R3990). Quote was double checked and accepted by both parties. A move date was eventually agreed upon for the items. Being out of town already, I arranged persons to oversee the loading of my furniture etc. Everything up to this point was extremely professional and friendly. On the "pick-up" date, i was informed that only half the items were loaded and the rest will be "sorted out" with me. If given that choice, I would have rather they load items specified by ME. The whole purpose of getting a removal company is to move some wooden panels which was clearly stated AND discussed with contact persons at the company. They responded by saying there would be a truck coming past for the rest of the items in a week or so. They then gave me a discount of R575. Since they delivered less than half my items, I was the one contacting them and they ignored me and the contract totally. In the meanwhile it cost me more than R8000 to make alternative plans, arrangements and other expenses due to the fact that after 3 weeks, they still did not get back to me.
