Good day
I received an SMS stating that my hired car has a damage / loss claim. This is untrue. I have returned the car in the same condition that I received the vehicle.
Please note the following:
I went to Europ car on Wednesday afternoon 15/01/2014 to return the Toyota corolla and swap for a smaller vehicle (Group B) 1 that my insurance was covering.
When we handed the Toyota corolla in and they completed checking the vehicle. They went to get the replacement car for me. (Toyota Etios)
Before I could check the vehicle for any damages, it suddenly started raining and hailing. The europ cars were parked outside.
The driver then quickly drove the new replacement car back to the undercover parking to protect it from Hail damage. But he did however drive the vehicle while it was Hailing.
After it hailed, I went to take handover of the vehicle from the driver Andries. I asked him to check the vehicle with me and he said that I must do it myself. I would not pick up slight dents with any car due to my eyesight problem. How come when collecting the vehicle from me, they europ car checked it with a hair-comb. This is very unfair, they should do the same checking when releasing to clien
