During December i rented a vehicle which was arranged by me by my company i then collected the vehicle at the Amanzimtoti vehicle i walked around the vehicle and went off. I returned the vehicle the next day and the guy who washes the vehicles Hamilton was taking me home, he then called out to me "hey come here, what is this? "i was offended by this attitude he then showed me a scratch on the underneath of the bumper that is not clearly visible when you walk around the vehicle, this employee then hurdled accusations at me and tried to force me to sign a letter stating that i damaged the vehicle, i refused to sign this letter, another employee who does the bookings then took me to my premises with the same vehicle. I then went back to the branch as i left my CD in the hired vehicle, i went there and the same person took out the CD for me and i went away, 5 hours later i received a call from another staff member stating that they had found another damage on the vehicle, i then tried to explain them that after 5 hours you cant call me and accuse me of another damage, the wash boy checked the whole vehicle and now how can you say that there is a new damage, was it not possible that the employee
