HOLDING DEPOSIT DEDUCTED

Goodday

I hired a vehicle through Europ car and returned the vehicle in sound condition on Friday the 06 December. Vehicle inspection was not done when I picked up the vehicle and on my return and now when I am claiming back my holding deposit which was not supposed to be deducted they are telling me that there was a tire cut and want to deduct from my deposit. This is totally unacceptable and unethical
