Refuelling Charge

We hired a car on 29th and 30th January 2013. We filled up at the BP garage that is situated directly outside the airport. We then handed over the car to an attendant. When we received our statement we were billed for Refuelling charges of R27-15. I do realise that R27 is not that much but can you imagine how much money they are making if they charge every customer a refuelling charge after you have filled up. It is the principle of the issue. They should have their own pump at the drop off section where you can fill up and pay your petrol costs there and then and not get an unexpected bill at a later stage.
