First Car Rental
Illed for PETROL WHEN WE FILLED UP AT AIRPORT

On receiving and returning our vehicle from FIRST CAR RENTAL we were assured that we WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR FUEL if we refuelled at the Airport petrol station. We filled the car to the BRIM before driving straight to the car rental returns about 1 km away.
We handed in the duplicate of our refuelling invoice as requested.

We are now being charged R52.14 for fuel which is about 4 litres.
As we got 19.5 km/L on this car it means that we drove about 80 km from the petrol station at the airport to the returns office, which is impossible.

They now require proof, i.e. the receipt we already handed in to them.
WE SENT THEM A MAIL VIA THEIR WEBSITE BUT THEIR WEBSITE HAS AN ERROR WHICH SAYS:
'could not perform this operation because default client is NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED"
SO WE CANNOT SEND ATTACHMENTS.
They are not giving us another Email address to send the proof again to and are NOT PAYING US
THIS IS RIDICULOUS
