Tempest Car Hire
Unnaceptable fuel charges - contract no 64509300

On 7th March I hired a vehicle at the Cape Town Airport Branch of Tempest and travelled a total 56 kilometres and was billed R224.35 for refuelling. - that works out to about 2.8 litres per kilometre in a 1500cc car, that impossible.
I queried the amount via email to "debtors" as noted on the invoice on 31 March. Since then - silence.
