Bad customer service

I ordered items online from Mr Price and paid for them on the 02 Jan 14.
Delivery was eventually arranged for Friday 10 Jan 14 I had my house lady especially come in to sit and wait for the delivery in the morning I phoned Mr Price they said the courier will call me to estimate time. Needless to say they did not after many frustrating calls my lady had to leave and they said delivery on 11 Jan13. At 15h30 the courier called to say they would make the 10th I rushed home from work nothing arrived. Saturday morning I called three times to get some answer and now I sit and wait still. This has cost me additional money for poor service.
