Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
Bad Service

Vodacom's Online Shop uses Ram as their couriers. My parcel was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 19th June 2013 since I weren't home the Ram Courier did not want to leave it with my sons, which is fine. My son told them I would be available after 4pm on the same day. No show
After numerous phone calls to Ram it was agreed that it will be delivered on Tuesday, 25th June 2013. This morning I've received a phone call from them - If I am not at home at exactly 4pm this afternoon they will not wait. Apparently the driver has collections that he has to make and it would be inconvenient to wait a few minutes for me to get home.
