Shocking service!!!

I took my car in for a routine service. On booking my car in there was no staff available to assist with the booking. During the day i received a call and a sms saying that my car was in good hands and would be taken care of. Driving into the service centre of the dealership to collect my car in the afternoon i immediately noticed that my rear door had been scratched and dented. The service consultant that was apparently dealing with my car had left for the day and the staff remaining had no idea of how this couldve happened. I was told someone would call me to rectify the situation. I did not recieve a call from the dealership and had to make a number of calls to get an appointment to have my car fixed. Once making the appointment I called the dealer again to confirm that i would have a courtesy car while my car was being fixed. The dealership had not arranged for this and the date has shifted out yet again. I am extremely disheartened by the fact that my car is still new as this is only the first service and it has been damaged as well as receiving shocking after sales service on such a pricey asset.
