Beyond bad!!!

We have been waiting for parcel coming from China sine beginning of Nov 2013. Nov it's December and accordingly they tracking the parcel was trying to be delivered on the 20th of november. We only found out now, there was no call, no delivery, nothing!!!
Now we have been trying to reach all of their phone numbers, and there is NO ANSWER AT ALL in the end the call cuts off on all numbers that i have found to reach them!!!
I cannot believe that these people make a business i am sick that they do make a money!!!
Please people DO NOT USE EMS if you want to send and receive your good rather pay more and use DHL or UPS.
This one beyond pathetic company!!! Lazy to answer calls and help people I hope they get punished with ALL MY HEART!!!
