Excellent service... They never disappoint

My BMW 335i started smoking out the bonnet so i had it towed to Alberante BMW dealership and it turned out to be a broken water hose. My car was fixed the same day it arrived. The dealership didn't even have the part needed in stock, but made a plan to go and fetch a part from another dealership so they could assist in giving me my car the very same day. This is not the first time ive had INCREDIBLE service from these guys. I will never take my car anywhere else, but Alberante...

I did call Sandton Auto BMW first as they were the closest dealership to me who told me "they understand i might be close by, but the next available appointment is two weeks away so i must call BMW on call and have them tow my car to the dealership where it will sit for two weeks until they have time to look at it"... SHOCKING SERVICE SANDTON AUTO, i will never give you a drop of business again... I have referred numerous customers to you for both sales and services in the past and i wont be doing that again... THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY NOT A SERVICE!!!
