This dealership principal and his staff went out of their way to ensure we walked out as happy and content clients. My vehicle was sent in for its routine service and the dealership noticed that there was a factory fault on the car and it had to be kept longer than expected. My car was kept at the dealership for 2 weeks whilst the problem was being fixed. On the that i was requested to fetch my vehicle, upon arrival I had noticed a scratch on my front bumper which was not there when I gave the car in. I then asked the service department and questions where asked to staff and thereafter realising it was done in the wash bay by a staff member at the dealership. I was extremely unhappy and furious at this point. I requested to see the dealership principal who was Jaco Boyens who was extremely curteous and efficient in listening to my complaint. He provided me with assurance of my vehicle being sorted out and took full resposibilty in this. It took the dealership a week to have my car sorted out within which time Jaco provided me with a courtesy car. I am extremely impressed with the personal service provided by Jaco and his staff at McCarthy Volkswagen Durban.
