Priority Service Does not Exist

We paid for an International Priority Service (1-3) days from the USA, goods left on Tuesday and should have got here on Friday, It's Monday today 09H00 and no sign of Them.
I spoke to the consultant Buyi and sent e-mails on Friday morning, they only got back to me late Friday afternoon, takes them nearly the whole day to respond!!!
Useless - that's all I can say
