I applied for a new contract Tuesday 27/08. The Sales consultant mentioned that the entire process takes 2-7 days. This includes deleivery.
Called in on Friday 30/08 to find out that the contract has not been approved as yet
Called in Monday 02/09 to find that the contract was approved on Friday afternoon and that delivery arrangements will start from Wednesday.
Called in on Wednesday 04/09 to find that warehouse was not notified to release the phone so the sales consultant sent an email to the warehouse to arrange delivery for today, Friday 06/09
Called in today Friday 06/09. Spoke to Lebogang who mentioned that my contract was only finally approved Thursday 05/09 and delivery will occur within the next week.
So far this is a total of 9 working days and I still have not received my phone.
This is unacceptable and Inefficient Service
