DNS servers down, still not fixed -USELESS SUPPORT

To whomever it may concern.

On Friday morning at 8:30 you were contacted to urgently respond to an error with your DNS resolution on a domain hosted by yourselves. [URL Removed]

Numerous phone calls throughout the day resulted in fingers pointed at other providers (coza registry) and we were promised it would be resolved shorty by simply resubmitting the details on the domain for propogation. Your technician promised a return phonecall and email explaining everything.

Only at 15:40 when I phoned yet again did you admit you had a problem with your DNS servers not replicating. You then promised to have it sorted by 'this afternoon'. When I pointed out it was nearly 16:00 hours I asked at what point in the afternoon it would be resolved, he stated he would phone me back shortly with an answer.

At 16:15 I phoned and demanded an answer timeframe of which the matter would be resolved by 16:30. At 16:30 your technician finally phoned back for the first time stating this error was a priority, and they would do whatever it takes to get our mails and domain working ASAP.

It is now 24 hours later and we still do not have access to our emails as our domain does not exist
