Delivery express Failed

After my prevouis complaint regarding my parcels I was ensured by a manager this won't happen again and YET I am in the worst position than ever .. I warned DHL since monday that I need this deliver before friday... by friday after been talking to loads of people from gargo to managers to customs the proof of payment oustanding to clear my parcel was ent and made before 3pm... this could have been processed before 6pm I was ensured by another supervisor friday evening at 7pm. I have been working with courier shipments and never had I missed a deadline as fedex always made sure all relvant paperwork was submitted and processed immediatley to customs. I had a dedicated person at fedex I could phone but was dismissed by the manager who handled my prevouis complaint and said it won't be necesarry... now I'm dealing with 15 diffferent ppl... I have lost so much money as I needed the content of the parcel today and the rest on MONDAY... what now? Tracking nr 9704648811
