Goods missing, broken and suffered water damage

Moving houses we kept our goods with AT&W for almost a year.

At some point during that time they decided to up their warehousing costs by more than 40% with a month's notice.

Regardless of this though, my real issue is that 2 flat screen televisions and a number of other electronics (dvd players and stereo systems) were not returned, many vases and other fragile good were returned broken and they apparently suffered leakage in their warehouse over the rainy season so some mattresses and other furniture suffered water damage.

In addition to all this, boxes full of shoes and clothes also went missing.

Absolutely terrible experience having to pay them money for 'losing' our goods.
