GM Eastrand to busy to care

Went in to enquire about an Opel Mervia at the above mentioned branch.
Was interested in the above car on the promotional price on a 2013 Enjoy model.
Never received a response or any follow up for your sales team.
Had a trade in, was told that that the DP would get back to me, this never happened.
Business must be sooooo good at that branch.
Eventaully bought the same car through Reeds GM Capetown, Fantastic service though them!
GM Eastrand, learn something from Reeds!
PS you also refused to have Reeds deliver the vehicle to your premises, which was the closest GM dealer for me. You have no idea of customer service & satisfaction & lost yourself a sure deal in the process.
