WHERE DOES THE BUCK STOP!!!

My car has been with Reeds N1 City since 24th October 2013. Engine needed to be replaced. To date, in spite of many, many calls, to various people, my car has not been repaired and NO courtesy car offered, it is not their policy to supply a courtesy car as my own car is out of warranty. I agree with this policy for a short turn around, BUT seriously after more that 6 weeks?? Each person along the chain has continually passed the buck to the next. Calls have been made to Reeds (Pierre Smit and Adrian Wilson), the Dealer Principal of Reeds (John Trollope), Remtech (supplier of new engine), and finally the CEO of General Motors (Brian Austin). The only consistency in this matter is the lack of good business practice, loads of bad attitude, failure to return calls, lack of communication, unless prompted by us, and a general lack of sincere interest in resolving the situation. As a final resort I am sending this complaint to Hellopeter, please would you see if you are more fortunate in resolving the situation.
