Excellent Service in repairing my Opel 2L Turbo

My car had started giving me problems, it was out of its 5 year warranty, so I took it to the dealer from which I bought it and which did all my services for me, Reeds N1 City in Cape Town, and they where efficient from the word go!!!
My car had a freak break down, in which an actual piece of the motor broke off, first time ever seen by GM themselves, and John Trollip, the MD at Reeds, jumped in himself to get my vehicle sorted out. He gave me access to a loan vehicle, kept me informed at all times, and i really am impressed with his service.
I'm a sales executive, and thrive in giving my customers service as i understand how valuable they are to me, so when I get excellent service given to me, it indicates how important i am to the service provider, and warms my hart.
At Reeds N1, from the receptionist, to Pierre, my service advisor, to Darren English, the general manager, to the peron whom did the paper work on the loan car, right up to John Trollip, the MD, I salute you and thank you in showing that there are companies who care for the customer, and offer such an awesome service. Well done, and keep up the excellent service.
