I bought a helmet @ Full Throttle Cresta on 16/03/2013 and the helmet was damaged so i returned it on 19/03/2013 for a refund, i was told by Sanele @ the store the refund would take 2 working days and didn't receive any money in my account so on Monday 25/03/2013 when i called him again he advised that no it takes 7 working days for a refund to reflect so me being a bank employee knows that it's impossible for a EFT Transaction to take 7 working days to reflect, please advise as to when will I get my money back as I'm starting to lose my patience with this type of incompetence, Again on 27/03/2013 i sent an email to [Email Removed] who was supposedly from the head office that never even replied my email. On 28/03/2013 i spoke to Tiny whose Saneles manager who said he will check with the account dept and back to me but never did, I have wasted alot of money calling the store all i want is my money back
