Poor Quality Control inferior bonding materials

I have 2 Renault cars both 2004 models a Scenic 2.0L and a Megane 1.9 dci both cars serviced regularly throughout their life's thus far. Problem now is on both cars the interior roof webbing is falling down on 2 nine year old cars I find this ridiculous, don't see why we should have it rectified at our cost.

Up to now I have been very happy with my purchases with just a few minor faults along the way but it has become somewhat embarrassing now when it is pointed out oh what happened to your car interior.

Please have this sorted out Renault SA
