I bought a Renault sandero last year and now I have to take it for service only to find out there are no service dealerships in my Town (Potchefstroom) or the nearby towns, so I called a number I found on the Renault Website and spoke to a guy called Mzwandile Dlamini and I explained to him my situation and he told me that there's nothing they can do I can take my car to a nearby dealership but if it is not a Renault then the service guarantee will fall out, I tried to explain that there are lots of people in different provinces who drives Renault cars and don't know what to do for services. I have to drive almost 2hours to take the car for service and it is not fair to us. can Renault Dealership help us with this problem? I asked this guy to put me through to someone who can help me and I hold on the line for 6minutes because the manager was busy. it is my first car and definitely my last Renault car.
