Well its proven Renaults dont last!

After not even having my Renault for 3 years I was informed that the shocks where leaking after having it serviced. The problem is that the seats also broken and that Renault only refuses to fix these problems they build inferior products. and then don't stand by their brand.

No other car has these types of issues happened to me before and then I just get a snotty email back from head office and they block me off their facebook because I'm warning others about their poor quality cars.

As per the warranty terms and conditions of your vehicle, shocks are a wear and tear item. Please refer to page 6 of your warranty booklet for this.
