Easy cars swearing at potential customers

I went to the easy cars stand (show room) Interrested in buying a BMW, after looking at 4 various models i akes the salesman if they do financing and then if they do trade in's,

this after he insisted that the owner is the same owner or DTM Renault/nissan dealership,

He then said he would offer me R40k for my renault and i told him no there is a trade and retail price on cars for a reason, he would therefore have to give me book value minus the repairs (2 dents and some touch up paint) that had to be done or i'll just effect repairs myself,

he then said well 40 is all it is worth to me and i said well seems you don't know anything, (he then poinmted out that the cars i was looking at) was actually book value at 200k instead of the 109/129/149 respectively that they had them for sale for, he then went into a right tiffy, saying you, (This as i am getting into my car so i stopped next to him and asked (are you swearing at me) to wich most of his replies was k off and he repeated that about 4 times, onlookers was staring at this point, so i left and went to DTM renault nissan to speak to the dealer principal, whom claims they have no affiliation with them
