SHOCKING SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION - DON'T USE

Simple package sitting on their floor since 18th December. I changed the delivery address and the package was promised to be in my hands on 26 December, it is now 31 December and still no delivery.
CALL CENTRE does not answer calls, NOBODY in the company answers calls, it is impossible to get hold of anyone and they cannot deliver on their promises.
How can you operate a business with this type of service.
