According to Skynet website my UNISA package was not delivered since 7 July because I was not at home. I then called Skynet last week to confirm if they had the correct address as I provided my office address as the courier address and I was promised delivery the next day for the 2 packages. There is always somebody at the office from 7am until about 6.30pm everyday. So this notice is a lie! I then called again yesterday and spoke to Leon, a manager, who promised to contact me later in the day to confirm delivery. Guess what - no call and I still don't have my study material from 7 July. Today is 16 July. So much for 24 hour delivery!
