Disgusting attitude and late delivery

One of Skynets driver delivered my study material. On the delivery of my Book and Study disc, it was dated to be delivered on the 07/02/2013 and the guy from "Skynet" decided to deliver my package on the 10th of Feb which was a Sunday (3days later). He had a very disgusting attitude and told me that him delivering my package was a favor done to me and its just a "Small book" which meant nothing.1stly we tried directing him to where he should deliver my package, which he didnt even give me a chance and was lost. i then called him back to check of his whereabouts 2hrs later and he then gives me really bad attitude and ended up asking if i want my package or which really P'd me off because of constantly trying to direct him of where i was. i ended up driving to wherever he was to collect a package he was supposed to deliver to me. he had no decency in even apologizing but kept giving me lip. i asked for his name, but he bluntly refused to give to me. he was driving a white Toyota bakkie PLATE# YCY024GP..SKYNET should really train their staff on listening skills, customer service and punctuality. now my assignements are behind and life just goes on for SKYNET... Extremely disgusted
