I have ordered a package from a Hong Kong based company and my package was delivered in SA on the 4th of September but I still have not received anything. After numerous phone calls it was determined that my package is lost.
SKYNET apparently does not have a complaints department and I was sent from one person to another.
It seems that their response to complaints are just as bad as their service.
SKYNET your service and I hope that I never have to deal with you again.
