WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Sunday morning (29 December 2013) my car was a target of in Bellville (2 alloy mags were), and because I'm working regular hours throughout the festive season I was forced to resolve this by/on Monday (30 December 2013) so I wouldn't have transport issues.

I phoned Goodhope Tokai on Sunday, the guy told me that his branch is the only one open until 1pm. On my way from Bellville I see that the Grassy Park branch is in fact open (guy at Tokai blatantly). We speak to Nasief who tells me he has plenty of stock of the rims I want, so I asked him if he could keep a set I will purchase the next day (Monday)
So my brother goes all the way to Grassy Park the next day to buy my rims, when Nasief tells us he already sold them to Goodwood who told me they had no stock. We then resort to Athlone who tells us they will have a set in 2 hours and we must go to a mall and wait for his call, we wait 2.5 hours only to find out ourselves that he won't be getting it (he didn't even let us know)

Talk about worst service EVER. I probably spent about R200 on petrol when they could have easily told me they had no stock, telephonically. Definitely won't recommend anyone there, ever!!!
