Still no refund after such shoddy service

I got a courtesy car via Telesure and paid R1000 deposit. Returned the car on 17 Dec and waited for refund as they said it takes 48hrs. On 24 Dec I called them to follow up. They had not even processed my refund at all. The lady didn't seem to know what she was doing and tried to me! I got the runaround and when they called me back, they said they were deducting 14 ltrs fuel worth. I said not happening as I had just refueled full tank before returning the car and the lady said who told me to refuel? You are not supposed to refuel! Really now? So I asked for proof that they refueled 14 ltrs. After much debate, she came back and said she could not find the receipt! Finally she said, they will refund my money minus R85 toll fees within 48hrs. I am still waiting. Same day 24th Dec, Telesure had to arrange for another rental for me. Car was delivered to my office and I had to pay another deposit, this time R1500. I already anticipate more drama! When do they stop treating clients so bad?
