I returned a car more than a week ago, budget deducted a substantially amount from my credit card Asa. Deposit with an undertaking that a refund will follow with 48. Hours, 7 days later and no refund, I call there customer care centre to find out about my refund, spoke to a person Durelle, who confirmed that management have told staff when clients call for a refund what to say. He refused to process my refund and was really abrasive. He mentions that I can write a note on hellopeter and nothing will change or happen. It transpires that budget will not refund you until a fight takes place and sometimes people give up and budget steals the money. I will never use budget and now laying a charge of against the company and speaking to me bankers to assist.
