BAD SERVICE

I rented a car in cape town airport 1786154 on the 22/06/2013-25/05/2013 and paid R5000.00 deposit which i was promised to get it back within 48 hours after returning the car, i did return the car with no scratch and full tank on fuel, i waited for my refund as promised nothing happened until i have to call the call centre and spoke with a very rude girl name Triska, sh told me that i will not get all my refund bcause the fuel was used to take the car from the air port to depo, which is not my problem cos when i dropped it off it was full tank and i put petrol using air port garage which is less than a kilo away, i then call again and spoke with the manager who promised to investigate the matter and will gt back to me of which I'm still waiting. Th service is pathetic and they don't have sense of agency and does not care about their clients, all i want is my money and i will never recomend anyone to firstcarrentals
