I've paid a deposit of R1000 to get a rental vehicle from Budget Rent a Car. After returning the vehicle, my deposit was not refunded immediately. After a couple of months, I remembered that the R1000 was still owed to me. Junior, an employee at Budget Rent a Car Strijdompark, assisted me by liaising with the bank to refund the money.
