Hail damage

I returned my hire car to Hertz Ort branch only to be made to sign for three tiny hail dents on the roof. I did inspect the car when I took it but I did not see any such dents. Living in Zimbabwe we probably encounter hail once every three years. I certainly did not inspect the roof for these tiny little dents as we are not accustomed to such damage. I did make a written objection on the form they made me sign. I got an email the next day saying the matter was being investigated and they would contact me. Nobody contacted me and I had r8000 debited to my credit card the very next day. During my 2 days in Johannesburg I did not encounter any hail. Is it not coincedence that the week before, the ORT area had a huge hail storm.

I will never use Hertz again
