SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE

I have taken my car back to Action Ford Roodepoort 5 times and i am still having the same problem, an oil leak.

I bought my 2011 Ford figo it has - 59100km on the clock from the dealership last September. We then noticed that there was an oil leak. We booked the car in on the 8 April 2013. We got the car back and then we noticed an oil leak again and booked the car in on the 17 May 2013. The car then went in for a third time on the 10 July 2013. The car is leaking oil for a fourth time. The car was booked in on the 04 October 2013 and i got the car back on the 09 October 2013. The car starting leaking oil for a 5th time now. This is not acceptable and I am getting agitated as this is an inconvenience for me. I cannot even deal with Ford SA any longer a they have the same excuses. They are pathetic. I am waiting for Feedback from Ramaan form Ford SA lets see if i get a call back.

Really annoyed.
