I purchased a groupon for Cultubuzz Gardens to visit my home and give me an assessment on the state of my garden. This happened on 14 October. I was given a quotation that is probably industry standard, but way above my budget. The goupon entitled me to R1000 worth of merchandise. I declined the quotation on October 22nd and asked to just get some ground cover for my garden. ALL communication had to be initiated by myself and each time I made contact via Email, I was put on the back burner. Finally on December 4th I had enough and informed Wimpie that I am expecting delivery by the weekend and to also add some compost. Once again, very unprofessionally, I was informed that he was away for a week and will only deliver ground cover. Compost is my problem. And delivery will be made by the weekend. No fixed day or time. Once again, I am placed on the backburner. Pathetic service!
