Worst customer service eve

I sent in my car on the 13th December for some things to be repaired as per quote, it was promised that my car will be ready on the same day, which it was not, I went through the long weekend without a car, I had to do follow up calls to found out what the progress was on my car on Tuesday after the public holiday as I had to ask for a lift to work, again was promised that my car would be ready Tuesday at 3pm, which I again had to phone in and get feedback, I received no return calls to update me and Wednesday morning after being and feeling angry and frustrated I decided to give Hello Peter a shot as my patience was running on empty, clearly there was a breach of contract here not even mentioning the poor customer service
